About Us

David Jesus Puentes is an attorney with Cifuentes-Marrero, P.A. in Miami, Florida. David graduated from Florida International University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, and in 2016 obtained his Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.

Admitted to the Florida bar in 2016, his practice has been limited to business and employment immigration and he has worked in the field of immigration and nationality law since interning with the DHS OPLA in 2014 through present. David joined AILA in 2016 and has held numerous committee positions within AILA’s South Florida Chapter, AILA’s LACC, and AILA National and has served on AILA South Florida’s Board of Directors and now serves on AILA LACC’s Board of Directors.
