About Us

Linda Rose is the Founding Member of Rose Immigration Law Firm, PLC in Nashville. The firm emphasizes business immigration in music and entertainment, international corporate transfers, and university research and teaching. The firm also serves the Latino community and handles U visas and 3/10-year bar waiver cases. Linda has lived in Mexico and traveled through much of Latin America. She has served numerous terms on the AILA DOL Liaison Committee and AILA ACES Committee (Art, Culture, Entertainment, and Science), and has been a PERM mentor since the inception of PERM. She served as a Director of the AILA Board of Governors for 14 years and was an Adjunct Professor at Vanderbilt University Law School 17 years. She is the 2012 recipient of the AILA Service Excellence Award. When not practicing law, she plays jazz vibraphone and African xylophone with her band RoseOnVibes Quintet .
